We take a personal approach when working with our clients whether you are entertaining 10 or 500 guests. Our goal is to make your event a warm, comfortable and memorable affair. We specialize in working with an existing space which helps you keep your budget under control. Simply let us stop by your office or home and we would be happy to recommend where to move a few items or use a space in a very different way. If the office just won’t do, we are happy to cater at a venue of your choice or choose from some of our favourite venues.

Bar Services

Whether you choose to serve an alcoholic or not alcoholic event, Urban Fare Catering and Food Shop can provide you with all your requirements. We recommend that our clients supply alcohol themselves so that you can choose your favorites. We are happy to setup and serve it for you with no corkage fee; we can also help you determine the type and amount of alcohol to purchase for your own bar.

Catering Coordination

Creating a successful event takes much more than just great food. Our event team will spend as much time as you need with phone calls and site visits to ensure we meet your expectations. We will answer questions on the multitude of elements that make a great event. From meeting with you to discuss your ideas, site inspection, event management, liaising with other suppliers, florists, staffing, customizing menus and executing your event. To ensure a worry free event a six percent administrative surcharge is applied. This covers any of the extras we bring such as decorative table decor and food platters, serving dishes and utensils.
