Jason Nolan joins Urban Fare Catering and Food Shop as Executive Chef, bringing over 17 years of experience in a vast array of cooking styles to lead the kitchen into our fifteenth year of successful operation. Jason is a very well-rounded chef with an impressive background – he was not only the Executive Chef at Olliffe Butcher Shop (Rosedale), he also travelled as a Personal Chef to the Weston Family of Canada where he created healthy home-cooked meals for the family and entertained their elite guests. Jason is not a stranger the to the kitchen or his clients; whenever possible, he likes to work on-site at a function to mingle with guests to ensure that clients are impressed with the fine selection of menu offerings and execution of the event by him and his team. His upbeat and refreshing personality blends well with his style of cooking and the menus he creates. Jason’s experience will invigorate our food shop and catering taking us into the next exciting year. Jason is delighted to take the helm of the Urban Fare Kitchen Team working with the other talented chefs and sous chefs that make up the Urban Fare Family.
