Ingredients : Filling : House-made ricotta, Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano, 35% cream, Black pepper, Salt. Pasta : Unbleached wheat flour, Conestoga eggs, Durum wheat semolina. 

Description : Creamy fresh house-made cheese and black pepper forward filling based on the traditional roman pasta dish, "Cacio e Pepe". Pairs well with tomato, cream, and butter based sauces as well as broths.
