Our bestselling shortbread fingers have had a makeover! Same delicious recipe, same traditional handmade process, less packaging. We've removed the plastic trays, reducing the plastic content by 75%. 

Each box contains eight Original shortbread fingers sealed in a polypropylene packet.

Made with a recipe that has been passed down through many generations from the founder of Shortbread House. Using the best quality butter and a little ground rice gives a delicious flavour and a light crisp texture.

INGREDIENTS: Flour (Wheat Flour (Gluten), Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Butter (Milk, Salt), Sugar, Ground Rice, Vegetable Oils (Segregated Sustainable Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil).
