A must is the name given to the juice destined for fermentation. Simply put, musts are 100% pure apple juice, unfermented, unaged and filtered, with natural aromas added, like pear or cherry.

Vergers Petit & Fils is a family establishment, since 1886, located at the foot of Mont Ste Hilaire on Montreal’s South Shore.  They are renown for their variety of cider products, including their non-alcoholic sparkling musts.
